厚生労働省では、外国人労働者の方からの相談に的確に対応するため、13言語について、当該言語により相談できる「外国人労働者向け相談ダイヤル」を開設しています。
「外国人労働者向け相談ダイヤル」では、労働条件に関する問題について、法令の説明や各関係機関の紹介を行います。

Telephone Consultation Services for Foreign Workers

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare launches a “telephone consultation service for foreign workers”, to help it adequately respond to requests for consultation from foreign workers. It is available in thirteen languages.
The service will address problems with respect to work conditions by explaining laws and making referrals to concerned organizations.

「労働条件相談ほっとライン」は、厚生労働省が委託事業として実施している事業です。都道府県労働局及び労働基準監督署の閉庁後又は土日・祝日の相談に対応し、全国どこからでも、無料で労働条件等について、外国語で電話相談いただけます。

Labour Standards Advice Hotline
The Labour Standards Advice Hotline is a commissioned service entrusted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The hotline offers free general advice on working conditions from anywhere in Japan during the hours when the Prefectural Labour Bureaus and Labour Standards Inspection Offices are closed or in weekends and holidays. Foreign language support is also available.
